• Each session lasts 1 hour. Enough time to sit, reflect, and write your letter.

• Postcard or writing paper of your choice • Envelope & stickers • Postage to mainland Europe • Usage of pens, pencils, colouring pencils & felt tips • Hot or cold drink International postage available for an additional fee, just ask in store.

• Yes! Write to yourself or a loved one. • We’ll post the letter in 1 year.

• Bookings are automatically limited by available seats. • If you’d like to book for more than 8 people, please contact us (/contact-us)and we’ll arrange a suitable time.

• Yes, full payment is required when booking (/book-online)to secure your spot. • Extras, such as international postage, extra drinks, or additional letters, are available for an additional cost. Ask in store x

• Absolutely, you can during the same hour you have booked! • Extra letters or postcards are €9 each inc the same accessories and mainland postage.

• Yes, if they can write or draw independently. • Younger children who can’t yet write may not enjoy the experience.

• Bookings are non-refundable • If your plans change, please get in touch. We’ll do our best to move your booking to another time.
